Processing Time:
In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days from our studio in Charlotte, NC.

Shipping Options:
We offer several shipping options at checkout:

• Standard (2–5 business days) – $6.95

• Priority (1–3 business days) – $9.99

• Express (1–2 business days) – $14.99

• FREE Standard Shipping on orders $75+

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on what gets your order to you most efficiently. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.  Once the item leaves our studio. 

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once your package leaves our studio and is scanned by the carrier, it is in their hands. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. If you experience any issues, we’re happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not currently offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future!

RETURNS & STORE CREDIT

We want you to love everything you order from Two Happy Giraffes. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• All returns are eligible for store credit only

Damaged Items:
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is damaged, contact us at hello@twohappygiraffes.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Final Sale Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
