Shipping
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.95
Premium shipping is $9.99
Express shipping is $14.99
We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We begin shipping orders out within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes anywhere between 3-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
While we don’t currently ship internationally, expanding worldwide is on our horizon. We can’t wait to share when it’s ready!
Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping (check back soon!) but we can add a gift note to your order, just enter your message in the notes section of your order!
Where can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to track your order.
Returns
How long do I have to return the item?
Need to make a return? No problem! You have 14 days from delivery to send items back for store credit. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
What if my items are damaged or defective?
We're here to help! Please email us at hello@twohappygiraffes.com and we’ll take care of you.
When can I expect my refund?
It takes 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the item has been received and your refund has been processed!

Do you offer affiliate programs or discount codes?
We’re exploring affiliate partnerships and personalized discount codes. Let us know if you’re interested!
Inventory
Item is out of stock. How long will it be to get restocked?
The time it takes to get a particular item back in stock varies. For an estimated time frame please email us at hello@saciamatthews.com

Discounts
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
The sale ended, can I still use the discount code?
To make things fair to everyone, sales discount codes can only be applied within the timeframe of the sale.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, ShopPay, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Do you accept International Cards?
Currently not, but if you have a Paypal/ApplePay account linked to an international card, just choose this option at checkout and you're good to go!
