What ages are your toys and gifts best suited for?
Our collection is thoughtfully curated for newborns to children around age 6. We focus on high-quality, developmentally appropriate items that are fun, engaging, and built to last.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
Gift wrapping and personalized notes are not available at this time, but check back soon as these fun add-on's will be available in the coming months!
Where do your products come from?
We carefully source our items from trusted makers and brands that prioritize quality, safety, and ethical production. Many of our products are small-batch, handcrafted, or made from sustainable materials
Shipping questions
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. During peak seasons, please allow a little extra time...we promise it’s worth the wait!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! At checkout, you can select from standard or expedited shipping options to make sure your gift arrives right on time.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the U.S., but we’re exploring international shipping—stay tuned! If you're outside the U.S. and want to place an order, feel free to contact us directly.
Returns questions
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original packaging. We’re a small shop and appreciate your understanding as we keep things simple and sustainable.
How do I start a return?
Just email us at hello@twohappygiraffes.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We’ll respond with next steps and make the process easy!
Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you're welcome to return your item for store credit and place a new order for something else you love.
